ONE LOOK ACROSS THE TEAM
We bring the studio
to you.
No walk-in studio. No herding your team across town on their lunch break. We build a portable studio right at your office — one calibrated lighting and backdrop setup that stays identical for every person, whether it's five headshots or fifty.
That's the whole point of on-location team photography: everyone matches, because everyone was shot on the same light, in the same room, in the same hour.
(several faces, one consistent look)
Team photo day,
minus the disruption.
The whole point is that it doesn't blow up your workday. We set up out of the way, move people through fast, and hand back a set that already matches — no coordinating, no follow-up reshoots for the person who missed it.
We arrive & build
We set up the portable studio in a spare room or a quiet corner — lighting, backdrop, and tether — before the first person sits down.
Everyone cycles through
Each person is in and out in a few minutes. A whole team moves through fast, so the workday barely notices we're there.
A matched set
You get a consistent, retouched set — every headshot framed and color-matched, organized and ready to drop onto the site.
How much time does it take per person?
Just a few minutes each once we're set up — the studio stays built, so people rotate in and out one after another. 🟡 FILL: your real pace (e.g. a team of ~30 typically wraps in a half-day). Most of the time is people walking over, not sitting for the camera.
Can staff pick their own favorites?
🟡 FILL: your selection process. Recommended: yes — people review a few frames on-screen and pick their keeper on the spot, or choose from a proof gallery afterward, so everyone's happy with the one that goes live.
What's your retouching approach?
Natural and consistent. We even out skin, tame stray hairs, and clean the background — but we keep people looking like themselves, not airbrushed. Just as important, the whole set is matched, so no single headshot stands out for the wrong reason next to the rest of the team.
What should our team wear?
Solid, mid-to-darker colors photograph best; avoid tight patterns, thin stripes, and big logos, which fight the camera. Coordinate rather than uniform-match — a shared palette reads as a team without looking staged. Long sleeves and simple necklines keep the focus on faces, and it never hurts to bring a second option. We'll send a short guide to circulate before the shoot.
