Will filming disrupt production?+
Almost never. We plan the shoot around your production schedule during the pre-shoot walkthrough. Most facility films are captured with the line running normally. If a specific shot needs a pause or a staged run, it's approved with your plant manager first and scheduled during a break, changeover, or off-shift.
Can you film proprietary processes under NDA?+
Yes. We sign NDAs before the walkthrough and treat them seriously. Proprietary areas, machinery, or process steps are flagged during pre-production and either kept off camera, filmed selectively, or shot in a way that shows capability without revealing the method. Edited deliverables are reviewed and approved to make sure no secrets are seen.
Do you handle employee appearance releases?+
We provide the release form and coordinate distribution through your HR or plant lead — they know who's comfortable on camera and who isn't. Signed forms come back to us before the shoot, and anyone who prefers not to appear gets kept out of frame. 🟡 FillDescribe your actual release / COI workflow — form template you use, timing, HR handoff, and any safety certifications you attach for plant-site work.
Can one visit produce recruiting AND safety content?+
Yes. Recruiting and safety content share most of the same B-roll. Real people, real floor, real process, so we plan the shot list to cover both from a single day of production. Interviews are scheduled to serve both edits. You end up with two finished pieces for close to the cost of one shoot.
