+ Do you charge travel for shoots in Volusia County?
No. We’re based in Port Orange, so anywhere in Volusia is a normal work day. No travel fees, no mileage, and the benefits of a local production company exists.
+ Can you shoot on the beach? What about permits?
Yes. Commercial shoots on Volusia County beaches require a permit through the county’s Beach Safety division and we’ve pulled them before and can either handle the paperwork for you or walk you through it. Lead time is typically 10 days, and rules on driving vehicles on the sand, drone use over the water, and tide-line access all factor into scheduling.
+ Do you cover New Smyrna, Ormond, Deltona, DeLand?
All of them, plus everywhere in between. Volusia County is our home; if you can drive to it in under an hour from Port Orange, we treat it as local. That covers Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna, Edgewater, Port Orange, Deltona, DeLand, and the smaller communities along the Halifax and St. Johns.
+ Do you have same-week availability?
Often, especially for smaller shoots. Because we don’t have to burn a day driving in from Orlando, we can slot a Volusia shoot around bigger multi-day productions elsewhere in Florida. Message us with the date and scope and we’ll tell you within a few hours whether we can make it work.
