Yes, up or down with 30 days' notice. Most clients start on Growth and adjust once they see how much content one shoot day actually produces.
What if we skip a month?
It depends on the tier you chose, starter tier has no roller over of shoots. Growth can have their shoot rollover once per 6 months with advance notice. Engine has unlimted credit rollover with a limit of 2 months per credit. The shoot hours pause rather than refund, so your rate stays locked and can double up in a single month.
Do you post the content for us?
We deliver ready-to-post files, cut and sized for each channel. We can handle posting too at an additional fee.
Is photography included, or extra?
Included. Every shoot day captures both video and photos with one crew, both formats, no separate booking.
