Testimonial & Customer Story Videos

Nobody believes a company describing itself. Everybody believes a happy customer doing it. A well-made testimonial is the highest-trust asset in your marketing library.

Multipurpose

One shoot, four ways to use it.

01

Single-customer story

One client, one clear arc starting with the problem, the turn, the result. The workhorse of a trust-building library.

02

Multi-voice trust reel

Several customers cut into one fast montage of specific praise. Built for a homepage or the top of a sales deck.

03

Case-study video

Customer voice paired with real project footage showing what got done and what it changed. Empowering the results you got for your clients.

04

Social cutdowns

Every shoot yields a stack of 15–30s vertical cuts for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn, all captioned for sound-off feeds.

Want the customer's voice cut against full project footage? That becomes a case study.

The interview

Getting the real answers
Not the rehearsed one.

The difference between a stiff testimonial and a compelling one is the interview. We keep the crew small and the setup calm. The same one-crew model we run everywhere. Then talk with your customer until the real story comes out, sounding natural and honest.

  1. 01

    Prep, don't script

We send your customer the topics a few days ahead so they arrive relaxed and thinking. No script to memorize, which is exactly what makes people sound like robots.

  2. 02

    Light the room first

Everything's set before they walk in. No fiddling with gear while they wait keeping your customers from getting anxious. The interview is painless and over before they know it.

  3. 03

    A conversation, not an interrogation

We follow the thread and keep going past the polished first answer to the specific moment they actually remember. That moment is the soundbite that makes an impact.

  4. 04

    Cut it tight

The story gets assembled in the edit with the strongest 60–90 seconds, paced so nobody reaches for skip, with your project footage layered under their words.

Your customer's turn

Have a customer who'd rave about you?

If a client has ever told you "this changed how we work," that sentence belongs on camera, not buried in an email. We'll go get it, and hand you a piece your whole marketing library can lean on.

FAQ

Testimonial video, answered

How do you prep our customer?+
We send a short list of topics a few days before, not a script. Knowing the general direction relaxes people; memorizing lines makes them stiff. On shoot day we warm up off-camera before we ever roll.
What if they're nervous on camera?+
Most people are, for about the first ninety seconds. We set the room up before they arrive so there's no equipment anxiety, open with easy questions, and keep the camera unobtrusive. By the time we reach the questions that matter, they've forgotten it's there.
How long should a testimonial be?+
The finished hero cut usually lands between 60 and 90 seconds — long enough to tell a real story, short enough to hold attention. From the same interview we also pull 15–30 second cutdowns for social.
Can we film at their location?+
Yes. A customer's own office, jobsite, or storefront often makes the strongest backdrop because it is real and specific to them. We travel throughout Central Florida and coordinate multi-city and multi-state shoots when customers are spread out. Have clients out of state? We can travel to them or have connections to crew and can remote produce the interviews no matter where your customers are.
